Ryan Shultz

Ryan and his team are super down to earth and are always ready to help. They answer the phone and are quick at answering questions and heading off potential issues. I would recommend Ryan and his team again and again!

Ryan is hands down a Top Tier loan officer! I have done may loans and refinances in the past. By far, Ryan is as good as it gets! He is calm, cool, and collected, customer first attitude, phenomenal communicator, and made the process as easy as it could have been. I am now a lifetime customer! Thanks Ryan!

Thank you Ryan and your staff for assisting us throughout the loan process. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone I know who needs a mortgage. You guys make everything seem so easy. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you again. I can’t thank you enough for making this happen for our family.

These are the people you want for a home loan. One of the best rates, easy process, and they offered a deal to refinance by the end of 2025 without appraisal or loan origination fee for loans secured by some date at the end of the year. This is my second loan with New American with Ryan. It was almost too easy. Thanks.

Ryan and his team really helped and walked us through many processes we didn’t know and connected us with a great housing agent! He was really patient with us and provided excellent feedback and support!

Ryan ALWAYS comes through. He always says what he does & does what he says. There is no one out there in Lending better than him! I wholeheartedly recommend him!
