Pritesh Padhiar

\"I highly recommend working with Mr Pritesh! Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but he made the mortgage process smooth and easy to understand. Pritesh was always responsive, thoroughly answered all my questions, and made sure we closed on time without any surprises. If you need a lender who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about your experience, look no further!\"

Pritesh was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. My loan was not the easiest or most straightforward, but he remained patient, professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting us to the finish line. There were stressful moments, last-minute requests, and plenty of times when I was nervous about what would happen next, but Pritesh always worked through each obstacle and kept the process moving forward. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was just another loan file. He genuinely cared about helping my family accomplish something incredibly important to us. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially when the process gets complicated, and having someone who stays focused on solutions makes all the difference. Thank you, Pritesh, for your patience, hard work, and persistence. Seeing a post-close survey after everything we went through feels pretty amazing. We made it to the finish line, and I’m truly grateful you helped us get there. I would absolutely recommend Pritesh and New American Funding to anyone looking for a loan consultant who will work hard for them.

Pritesh was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate through this transaction very smoothly. Very responsive and was great with our buyer client. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lender.

Thank you for making what seemed impossible become possible. Your dedication, communication, and commitment to help my client achieve homeownership meant more than words can express. They couldn’t have done it without you, and we’ll be recommending you to anyone looking for a lender who truly fights for their clients.

He was very patient with us. Very pleasant.

This is the first time my wife and I every bought a house, so we were unsure about a lot. I had a lot of worries and my wife had a lot of questions. Pritesh said call any time and that is what we did... a lot. he was always there to help explain what something was or to help with advice giving us examples of what past clients had done in the same situations. When we started I told Pritesh I am putting my family in his hands and he took care of them as if it was his own family. I will always recommend Pritesh to anyone looking to buy a house.
