Johnny Dykes

I'll start off by saying that this is our second time using new American Funding and also our second time working with Johnny Dykes and Angel Huff. I'll just go ahead and say that I have honestly never been more pleased with such incredible customer service and around the clock availability and a genuine interest in our well-being. This is not just simply from the loan aspect, but also from just providing insight to our finances on what makes sense in both selling our home and buying our home. Johnny Dykes also worked very closely with our realtor to ensure that her negotiations were what we needed so that we could make the most profit and the most financial benefit on the decision of both selling and buying our new home. There was an instance where unfortunately we made the closing a little bit more difficult, but Johnny Dykes was able to work out that issue almost within 24 hours so that we were still available to close on the pre-scheduled date. It was simply incredible! I would strongly recommend. Johnny Dykes not only as a business person in regards to funding, but also because he is genuinely a caring and good person. Johnny Dykes, Angel Huff, and the new American funding team, sincerely, thank you!
