Dave was incredible expaining the process and making me feel comfortable at each step, to say Dave went above and beyond would be an understatement- pure gentleman. I would highly recommend Dave and the team for anyone looking at refinancing or first time buyer.

David has always explained things very well. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the process. We looked to him to provide us with honest & reliable information & have never been disappointed. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. I can honestly say he made my first home buying experience a very pleasant one. He went above and beyond and I am thankful to have worked with him.

I first met Dave nearly 2 years ago. My husband and I wanted to buy a house. My credit score wasn't high enough to get a loan and we were extremely disappointed. Dave was great even though he couldn't get us the loan, he set us up with someone to help get our credit repaired. It took some time but we got there. Dave kept in touch with us throughout the process. Finally we were ready and the search for a new home began. Not sure exactly what we wanted as most couples we couldn't agree. Dave again was right there. He was always available even on the weekends. After looking at several houses and putting in several offers, we finally found THE house. Our offer was accepted and Dave made the entire process stress free. He was very informative of what to expect and very clear with our responsibilities in getting to the settlement table. He quickly worked through any issues that arose through the processing and inspection phase. We closed on our home a couple of weeks ago. This would not have been possible without Dave's assistance and guidance. About a week after closing Dave called just to check in and see how we were doing moving and settling into our new house. This showed me again how much he cares for his clients. I previously had purchased a home years ago. My then \"Mortgage Guy\" never contacted me once the papers were signed actually never heard from him again. Not Dave when he called to check in on us he offered his help with anything we may need in the future or any questions we may have in the future months with this home. He cares about his clients we are not just a pay check to him. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking into purchasing a home. And I don't want to forget Melissa who works with Dave in the processing of everything up to settlement. She was great, always polite and on top of everything. I am very grateful for meeting them and can't thank them enough for all their help.

David Pallies was extremely helpful during the entire process of getting a mortgage. He never left me hanging when i questions or concerns. When i would call in a panic, he assured me everything was fine and it was. If we buy again, i will no doubt have David on my side. I will always refer him to friends and family when they are shopping for a house. I hear mortgages can be a painful process but David absolutely made it easier than i would have thought!
