After explaining my situation to him he suggested that the assistance program might not be the best option for me financially. We went over details and solutions for about 45 minutes that day on the phone and he said he was going to \"crunch the numbers\" and get back to me with the best options. He was true to his word and I heard from him just a day later. He took the time to explain how the refinance process would work, and he understood that the monthly payment was a HUGE concern for me as a single mom (I had to refinance due to a divorce and was worried about the payment skyrocketing). I had already gone through this process with three other lenders and they were never able to keep my payment reasonably close to the one I already had. Brenn communicated with me at every step and never acted like I was bothering him with my million (sometimes silly) questions. He always called or replied when he said he would and I never doubted that I could trust him to have my best interests in mind. He even helped me find a lower homeowner insurance r*te so I could lower my payment more. He really thought of everything, and for someone who really had no idea what to do going into this, it was a HUGE relief to feel like I was working with someone knowledgeable and that actually cared.
